Shonna Sites Named New President of Precision Cut Industries (PCI)

Sites, an accomplished leader in manufacturing, marks a significant milestone as the first woman to hold this esteemed position within the organization.
In her new role, Sites will take charge of all operational facets of the $50 million company. Her focus will be on enhancing customer service through operational efficiencies, technological advancements, and elevated product quality. She aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering for PCI's clientele, drawing upon her extensive 20-year experience in senior management across manufacturing and construction sectors.

Sites' journey with PCI began in 2012 when she joined as Director of Human Resources. As of January 2024, Sites officially assumes the presidency, guiding the 150-strong team.
