Sandro Pagliarulo, Managing Director of Canada and Europe Operations for OTR Engineered Solutions, will retire, effective Oct. 10, 2024. Pagliarulo will continue with OTR as a part-time consultant after his retirement.
“Sandro played a major role in OTR’s global growth, helping us become the company we are today,” said Tom Rizzi, president and CEO. “He is a long-time member of the OTR family and his retirement is well deserved. Although we’re sad to see him leave, we’re thrilled that he’ll continue consulting with us.”
Pagliarulo began his career as a Mechanical Engineer with Global Wheel in South Africa, eventually rising to Sales Manager. He was instrumental in negotiating a joint venture between Global Wheel and OTR, leading to his role as General Manager. In 2003, Pagliarulo became a partner in OTR, aiding in the establishment of the company’s China facility and acquisitions in Sri Lanka and Canada.
