OTR Engineered Solutions (OTR) has reported that Michael Dembe has taken on the role of vice president of OEM Sales for its construction segment.
In this role, Dembe will lead OTR’s sales efforts and work to expand the company’s relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients. His mission will be to grow OTR’s customer base by providing industry-leading tire and track solutions, along with value-added services tailored to the construction industry.

Dembe’s experience spans nearly three decades in the off-road tire and track industry. Since starting his career in 1995, he has held multiple management and director positions with prominent companies, focusing on the off-road segment. He has a successful track record working with OEM clients, fleet operators, and dealers, and has demonstrated expertise in sales, strategic planning, and management.
Tom Rizzi, OTR’s president and CEO, emphasized the significance of Dembe’s appointment in advancing OTR’s objectives in the construction market.
