Applications are now open for the Kubota Hometown Proud grant program, which will award 10 nonprofit organizations with grants valued at $50,000 each. Applications are being accepted through May 9, 2025.

Each selected nonprofit will receive $25,000 in cash and a $25,000 Kubota equipment voucher. One grant recipient will be chosen from each of Kubota’s 10 U.S. operating districts.

The program targets 501(c)(3) organizations with active community projects that can benefit from the use of Kubota equipment, including public parks, trails, gardens, agriculture education programs, food banks and recreational spaces.

“We are thrilled to reach the fifth anniversary of the Kubota Hometown Proud grant program, which has awarded $2 million in grants that directly benefited communities across the country,” said Todd Stucke, president, Kubota Tractor Corporation. “Kubota is committed to partnering with local Kubota dealerships and investing in local hometowns. From coast to coast, Kubota has helped fund community projects that are the most meaningful and impactful to those who are spearheading them locally. We look forward to seeing how this year’s grants, along with our equipment, continue this tradition.”

Nonprofit representatives authorized to act on behalf of their organizations can apply by completing three steps:

  • Visit KubotaHometownProud.com before May 9.
  • Fill out an application including details about the organization and how Kubota equipment will support the project.
  • Submit a short video highlighting the project.

The project must be located within 50 miles of an authorized Kubota dealer. Previous applicants may apply again; however, past winners are not eligible.

Kubota’s network of 1,100 dealers nationwide plays a role in engaging with and supporting these community-based initiatives. The program allows local dealers to partner directly with organizations in their areas.

Kubota will also launch a consumer sweepstakes alongside the program, beginning May 10, where individuals can enter for a chance to win a Kubota zero-turn mower or BX tractor. Updates and details will be available through Kubota’s official social media channels.
