The Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) has announced that EZARC Building Solutions, based in Lindon, Utah, has become a new member of its network of SEAA/National Center for the Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Ironworker Training Units and Assessment Sites.
EZARC, known for its expertise in structural steel erection and fabrication, particularly within the semiconductor industry, will bring valuable strengths to SEAA’s workforce development initiatives.
EZARC, one of Utah’s fastest-growing companies, is recognized for its exceptional safety record, boasting an experience modification rate of 0.67 and a total recordable incident rate of 0.35. The woman-owned company is also application-specific integrated circuit certified.

The SEAA/NCCER Ironworker Training program offers members a range of specialized craft training, including Ironworker Levels 1, 2 and 3; Reinforcement Ironworker Levels 1 and 2; Rigger; Signal Person; Crane Operator; and SEAA’s custom Fabricator curriculum.
Members also have access to SEAA’s SteelPros Training Portal, developed in partnership with Industrial Training International, which includes exclusive training videos for ironworkers.
