Exodus Global, a manufacturer serving the scrap recycling and demolition industries, has expanded its headquarters on Connors Point, Superior, Wisconsin, adding 27,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility.
This major investment enhances the company’s production capacity, introduces advanced technology and streamlines operations to meet growing demand across its product lines.
“Over the last three to four years, we’ve been on a blistering growth pace and this expansion was necessary to continue that growth," Kevin Boreen, CEO of Exodus Global said.
The company’s growth includes additional facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania and the formation of RockZone Americas, a distributor for hydraulic attachments, following the 2023 acquisition of Rockwheel Americas.
As Exodus Global continues to grow, it remains dedicated to customer relationships and operational excellence, reinforcing its leadership in the industry through innovation and service.
A critical aspect of the expansion is Exodus Global’s significant investment in robotics and automation.
Jim Campbell, senior vice president of operations for Exodus Global emphasized the importance of staying ahead of industry trends.
“We felt like we really needed to get ahead of the curve, and we had to automate. We invested heavily into nine welding robots, a large horizontal boring mill, and a second CNC burn table. We’re reducing costs, reducing run time,” said Campbell.
Despite the company’s rapid expansion, Exodus Global remains committed to building strong relationships with its customers.
“We are definitely gaining market share, and a lot of that is coming from how we take care of the customer,” said Campbell. “The customer is family, and that’s what sets us apart.”
