AUSA, a manufacturer of compact all-terrain industrial vehicles, has unveiled its latest generation of compact dumpers designed for 1,000- and 1,500-kg payloads.
The new lineup consists of five advanced models engineered to enhance functionality, improve safety and minimize downtime, continuing the success of the company’s previous designs.
The next-gen dumpers feature a redesigned operator area with a folding compartment, granting easy access to the engine and maintenance parts. Key components such as air, fluid and fuel filters, as well as radiators and tanks, are optimally positioned to simplify upkeep and reduce downtime.
Additionally, all models include a digital dashboard that provides real-time information on fuel levels, operational hours and active mechanisms like the negative brake.
Safety enhancements are at the core of AUSA’s new models. Each dumper is equipped with a negative brake that automatically stops the vehicle when not in use, and an electric parking brake activated by a dashboard button.
Inside the cab, operators benefit from high-comfort suspension seats, reducing fatigue during long shifts. Presence sensors and seat belt buckle sensors ensure that operations adhere to safety protocols, making the machines safer for both operators and bystanders.
Powered by a 15.6-kW Kubota engine, all models come with permanent 4-wheel drive and a fuel tank with 60% greater capacity than their predecessors. The compact D101AHA Compact stands out for its narrow 100-cm width, making it ideal for indoor demolition projects.
The D101AHA and D101AHG models, with 1,000-kg payloads, offer front and high tipping or swivel tip skip options, catering to specific jobsite requirements.
For larger payloads, the D151AHA and D151AHG models support 1,500-kg capacities with similar high-tip and swivel configurations. These models are particularly suited for earthmoving and demolition tasks in tight spaces.
With these innovations, AUSA’s new compact dumpers deliver enhanced performance, operator comfort and safety, offering versatile solutions for demanding work environments.
