St. Louis to Host World of Asphalt 2025

It’s been called the “Gateway to the West,” and by all accounts, St. Louis is the perfect venue for the World of Asphalt to host its event this year, happening March 25-27 at the America’s Center Convention Complex.

Not only is the city centrally located (a bonus for incoming attendees), has family-friendly activities outside of the conference and is affordable and accessible by planes, trains or automobiles, it is a region with a strong presence in paving and construction materials, making it the perfect backdrop to celebrate and support a growing industry.

A Hub for Asphalt Professionals

Currently, the show has 430 manufacturers and suppliers ready to show off the best and brightest of their offerings in a 230,000-square-foot space, as well as 120 educational sessions for industry professionals to choose from.

"America's Center Convention Complex gives us the large exhibit space World of Asphalt needs to ensure the show grows and continues providing the best selection to our attendees in this industry," said World of Asphalt Show Director Brittany Schmidtke.

One company that is especially eager to attend is the Wirtgen Group, a player in the road construction sector known for its industry solutions and expertise. The team is looking forward to connecting with peers, showcasing its latest advancements and exploring new opportunities for growth. 

“World of Asphalt is our Super Bowl every year in non-ConExpo years,” said Matt Graves, director of marketing and communications, at the Wirtgen Group.

For its part, the company will be revealing its latest innovations such as the W210F XF mill and Hamm's Smart Compaction solution, emphasizing enhanced performance and real-time data for operators.

“World of Asphalt is, I would say, probably the biggest touch point with our customer base because at the Wirtgen Group, playing in both the asphalt industry and the aggregates industry and having NSSGA (National Stone Sand & Gravel Association) and NAPA (National Asphalt Pavement Association) putting on this event, everybody that walks through the door is a potential customer. So, it's really such a focused show for us that we just absolutely love it,” said Graves.

No stranger to the tradeshow circuit, exhibitor DEVELON will also be highlighting its equipment, including its DD130 dozer, DTL35 compact track loader and its DL280-7 wheel loader.
